Generate high quality reports: Effective Command provides the functionality to create and record multiple report types depending on your subscription type and individual FRS requirements. These include training, incident monitoring, and assessment reports.  Selectable access levels will determine the functionality for each individual user which will enable them to create reports on themselves, others, or both. The reports will then be recorded within the Effective Command software and can be recalled at any time.

Training portal: Access dozens of operational and tactical level training scenarios built upon NOG scenarios guidelines. These scenarios test incident commanders on their knowledge and application of behavioural and technical skills. Results can be recorded through self-reflection, a dedicated training instructor, or both, along with any associated command hours.



Revalidation tracking: Stay on top of your revalidation dates with our automated tracking system. Whenever a formal report is completed, the software sets a revalidation date and subsequently highlights individuals approaching their revalidation date. This feature helps you plan assessments and ensures all staff remain compliant within NOG guidelines.

Data generation: Our reports record 72 separate data points, along with the report originator's comments. This data can be used to identify trends, highlight good practice, or pinpoint areas for development. You can download the data as an Excel spreadsheet and manipulate it to create the exact report you need from an individual user right up to the whole of your organisation. 

Pre-populated reports: In addition to bespoke reports, we offer a range of common pre-populated reports with graphical representations and selectable parameters, ready to view instantly. 



Command Hours: Track and record your command hours to demonstrate continued professional development (CPD) in command competence. Whether through live incidents, assessments, or training opportunities, this information is readily available for any authoritative body requiring evidence. 

API linking: Integrate your existing electronic systems with our API for greater data integration and use. For more information on this function, please contact our support team.
